- PR No: LTC02347006435 This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for C-130 Dehydrator Desiccant, HD-186/ASQ Assembly. Configuration Control applies. This solicitation is for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The solicitation has a base year and four option years. The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Quantities (AEQ) are as follows: 1660-00-594-2443; Basic I/A/W Drawing Nr 89752 53C9650 REV. ?E?, Basic dated 1970 Aug 8, Amend NR DTD 20, Type Number: P/N 53C29650; I/A/W Drawing Nr (TDPL) 005942443-02052 Basic dated 2002 Feb 21, Amend NR DTD 20; I/A/W/ Spec Nr MIL-D-9394B, Basic dated 1989 Apr 14, Amend NR DTD 20, Type Number: MIL-SPEC (USAF). AEQ = 84 and Maximum AEQ = 158. Delivery: FOB Origin, 158 days ARO; Inspection/Acceptance is Origin. Technical Data Package Availability: An Export Control Technical Data Package (TDP) exists for this NSN. Technical data will only be released to contractors authorized/certified by Defense Logistics Service Center. Certified requestors should submit TDP requests to DSCR-VABA via Internet, mail, Fax or phone. Internet address is http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. To request a copy of the TDP, a completed form P42, Certification for the use of Rights Guard Technical Data, must be submitted to: Defense Supply Center Richmond-Attn: DSCR-VAB (Rights Guard Program), Richmond, VA 23297-5615. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is on or about 26 Apr 02 . The anticipated award date is 31 Jul 02. Reference notes 1, 23 and 26.
