- NA DESC: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Reques t for Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. DAHA22-03-T-0007 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-09. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334514 size standard is 500 employees. The following items are intended to be purchased for the Govern ment: Item # 1. Monthly field calibration of 4 YSI Inc. Model 6920 Multi- parameter water quality monitors out-fitted with temperature, specific conductance, vented level and wiped turbidity by factory authorized and trained field representative. Services shall include cleaning and calibrating of level, specific conductance and turbidity to include the replacement of the optical wiper and the atmospheric desiccant vent. Calibration solutions, wipers and desiccant for monthly calibration and maintenance ar e required. Download and submit data from all gauges to Mississippi Military Department Environmental Office within 10 days of maintenance activities. This testing/calibration etc will be conducted at Camp Shelby located south of Hattiesburg, Mississippi . Item # 2. Monthly maintenance and repair of 4 (four) each YSI Model 6920 Multi-parameter water quality monitors. Point of Contact at for more information on this is CPT Robert Lemire @ 601-313-6181.
