Description

The Contractor shall provide all services necessary to conduct vascular plant surveys in project areas. Projects include timber sales, fire salvage, grazing allotments, fuels reduction, and silviculture treatments. The work consists of walking transects to search for vascular plants (and 2 bryophytes in the grazing allotment surveys) and noxious weeds, compiling species lists, and documenting Threatened or Endangered, BLM Special Status and Survey and Manage vascular plants and noxious weed populations. This is a three-year indefinite-delivery, indefinite quantity services contract not to exceed $500,000. In accordance with department of the Interior and Related Agencies Appropriation Act, 2001, Public Law 106-291, Contracting Officers from the Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Fish and Wildlife Service, National Park Service and USDA, Forest Service are authorized to issue task orders against this contract. Project sites are located in southwestern Oregon. This solicitation will not be posted electronically.
