Description
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) is hosting one-on-one meetings with all interested parties for the follow-on requirement for the T-56 Series III Engine maintenance and repair under solicitation N00019-03-R-6509. The one-on-one meetings will give interested parties a chance to address concerns and questions in regards to the released DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW). The one-on-one meetings will be held at the Washington Liaison Office, Suite 1400 in Crystal Gateway 4 located at 1213 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, Virginia, 22202 on 7 January 2003 from 0800 - 1700. Driving directions from the Washington, D.C. area airports can be found at http://maps.yahoo.com. Interested parties should respond electronically to both Ms. Alyse Bullock, bullockac@navair.navy.mil and Mr. Michael K. Rock, rockmk@navair.navy.mil. The response shall include: Business name and address, the names of the person (s) planned for attendance, a requested time period, amount of time needed to address concerns and questions, and a name and phone number for the point of contact. Due to limited seating, a maximum of two persons per company will be allowed. Names shall be submitted no later than 1500 on 27 December 2002. Businesses not registered prior to this closing date and time may not be able to attend if the schedule does not permit. The Government reserves the right to make the final schedule. Also, all interested parties must submit a visit request to NAVAIR Washington Liaison Office at the above address, Attention: Security, or fax it to 703-604-0781. Foreign Nationals will have to contact their respective Embassy to forward a visit request to the NAVAIR Washington Liaison Office.
