Description

Synopsis for Janitorial services at the Oroville Border Station: The General Services Administration (GSA) has a requirement for janitorial and related services at the United States Border Station in Oroville, Washington. This procurement is a Hub-Zone set-aside under NAICS code #561720 (formerly known as SIC 7349) and the size standard is $14 million. The solicitation will be posted on or about January 10th. This procurement will be using performance based specifications and FAR part 12, Commercial Items. Wages to be paid to employees must be paid in accordance with the Department of Labor Wage Determination which will be provided with the solicitation. Building is still under construction with an estimated opening date of February 1, 2003. Anticipated services under this contract are estimated to begin June 1, 2003 through May 31st 2004. Option periods ranging from 12 - 24 months will be included as performance incentives. The Solicitation and any related documents will be available over the Internet. Interested parties may access the solicitation at http://fedbizopps.gov/. Contractors may register at this site to receive electronic notifications of documents uploaded for this procurement. All contractor's downloading the solicitation shall notify this office in writing, either by electronic mail or facsimile, in order to be placed on the planholder's list.
