Description

The United States Government is interested in leasing approximately 21,000 - 21,500 BOMA rentable square feet of office and related space along with 1 designated parking spaces to house the Social Security Administration. The rentable space must yield approximately 18,500 BOMA usable square feet of space. The term of the lease will be for ten (10) years, seven (7) firm. Interested parties must submit a written expression of interest by January 27, 2003, to Joe Nickerson, Contracting Officer, General Services Administration, 10 Causeway Street, Room 975, Boston, MA 02222. Submissions should include: building name and address, available rental and usable square footage and respective rental rates, method of measurement, common area factor, date of space availability, and the owner's name and address and a written statement from the owner that the offeror has legal authority to provide information on the property.
