Description

The Social Security Administration (SSA) plans to issue a Request For Quotation (RFQ) for contractor services to provide quarterly National Change of Address (NCOA) processing and, at SSA's option, Locatable Address Conversion System (LACS) processing to SSA's Master Beneficiary Record for a period of 12 months, beginning February 01,2003, or date of award, whichever is later, with four one-year options. SSA is acquiring these services under the authority of the test program for commercial items in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 13.6. SSA seeks quotations only from contractors currently licensed by the United States Postal Service to provide NCOA and LACS services. SSA's RFQ is scheduled for release on or about November 19, 2002, with quotations due 7 days later.
