- Description
- The U.S. Coast Guard Maintenance and Logistics Command-Atlantic intends to purchase utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13 and policies in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items Environmental Management Training/Workshops to be conducted at various locations and times to later be announced. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, transportation, training aids and materials to conduct basic and refresher Environmental Compliance Workshops in accordance with performance work statement provided upon request of solicitation package. This is 100% set-aside small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541620 and Small Business Size Standard is 5.0 million. Offerors have up to 15 days after publication of this notice to respond. No responses will be accepted after the 15 days. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES FOR MINORITY, WOMEN-OWNED AND DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISES (DBEs)! The Department of Transportation (DOT), offers working capital financing and bonding assistance for transportation related contracts. DOTs Bonding Assistance Program (BAP) offers bid, performance and payment bonds on contracts up to $1,000,000. DOTs Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers lines of credit to finance accounts receivable. Maximum line of credit is $55,000 with interest at the prime rate.
