Description
This notice is a combined synopsis and quotation. The U.S. Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center, has a requirement for: 1) NSN 3040-01-175-6019, Cylinder Assembly, part number 24057, Double Acting Single Cylinder. Body material steel, bore diameter 6.0?, stroke 22?, cylinder length compressed 42.0?, extended length 64.0?, qty 6 ea. OEM: Allied Systems Co., 2300 Oregon Street, Sherwood, Oregon 97140-9799. Note: No drawings, specifications or schematics are available from this agency. Only OEM parts from authorized OEM distributors will be acceptable, no substitute part numbers. FOB Destination to USCG Engineering Logistics Center, Warehouse Annex, 6751 Alexander Bell Drive, Columbia, MD 21046. Interested sources that can provide the manufacturers part number requested may submit a quotation which shall be considered. Quotations submitted in response to this solicitation must include: (1) item name, stock number, part number, and unit/total prices; (2) proposed delivery after receipt of order in calendar days; (3) verification that each item shall be individually preserved, packaged, marked, bar-coded and shipped in accordance with best commercial practices; (4) taxpayer identification and Dun & Bradstreet (DUNS) numbers; (5) Contractors full name, address, and telephone number; and (6) Offerors must complete and submit Representations and Certifications contained at FAR Clause 52.212-3 (July 2002), entitled Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items. Offerorers that do not have access to these certifications may request a copy from the point of contact. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 333995 the business size standard is 500 employees.
