Description

Solicitation F29651-03-Q0144 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The electronic solicitation and synopsis constitute the only announcement. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A firm fixed price is contemplated. Award is subject to availability of funds. This procurement is being conducted as a 100% Small Business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classifications System (NAICS) code is 332312. The size standard is 500 employees. Description: Load Leveling Spreader. MFG: TANDEMLOC, Inc Number AA45000B. Brand Name or Equal with the following customized specifications: Must have standard International Shipping Organization (ISA) Bayonet lock and lift mechanism. Be of standard 20 foot ISO dimensions (19.2 feet by 7.4 feet). Weigh no more than 3,500 lbs and have a height of 3 1/2 feet or less. Must have a single point attachment with an adjustable bail of +/- three (3) feet or more. Must have an adjusted distance of 4 inch minimum between bayonets and bottom of lifting mechanism. One (1) attachment is included: Solicitation, Standard Form 1449, Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items. Any interested party must be registered in Central Contractor Registration. No hard copy will be available. All responsible sources must submit the SF 1449 Request for Quote (RFQ), including FAR Clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items which shall be considered by the agency.
