Description

This is a presolicitation Sources Sought Notice restricted to certified HUBZone contractors with experience relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541512 ($21 million) and specializing in consulting and technical services. The attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) requires the contractor to provide consulting and technical services to the Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) Directorate of Communications and Information systems and other Department of Defense (DoD) agencies at Hickam Air Base and other sites within the Pacific Area of Operations (AO). In addition to Hawaii, operational sites within the AO are located in Alaska, Guam, Japan, Diego Garcia and Korea. Any contractor assigned to a task order (TO) under the scope of this contract will be subject to permanent or temporary assignments based on the extent of services required to meet PACAF goals and objectives. The successful Offeror will be required to have a Top-Secret Clearance. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. In accordance with FAR 15.202, Advisory Multi-Step Process, this Sources Sought synopsis is in support of a market survey being conducted by the Air Force to determine potential sources. HUBZone contractors capable of accomplishing the required consulting and technical services are invited to submit a response to this notice. This synopsis neither constitutes a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. Interested certified HUBZone offerors are invited to review the DRAFT SOW and provide suggestions for clarification and improvement. Any information submitted by respondents to this synopsis is strictly voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information that is submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought request. Offerors should indicate their intent to be a prime contractor. All responses must be in writing and include the company name, address, tax identification number, Dun & Bradstreet number, Central Contractor Registration cage code, a point of contact to include telephone and facsimile numbers and e-mail address. The government anticipates awarding an indefinite-quantity time-and-materials type contract. The anticipated period of performance is a twelve (12) month basic period and four (4) twelve (12) month option periods.
