- NA To provide Post Warranty Service for 3 - Avaya Definity G3SI software version 11, 1 - Avaya Definity 1 software version 10 and an Avaya 16 port Intuity Audix (mapped R5) Telephone Systems for the Vermont Army National Guard for the service period of 1 Febr uary through 30 September 2003. The following is a description of the services desired: 1. Coverage Option: Around-The-Clock ? Contractor will commence remedial maintenance service for major failures twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, within four (4) hours of notification. Contractor will provide remedial maintenance s ervice for minor failures within twenty-four (24) hours of notification, except that work will be performed only between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding observed holidays. Contractor will provide a toll-free twenty-four-(24) hour ?Hotli ne? for trouble reporting. 2. Alarm Monitoring: ESSENTIALS ? Contractor service must utilizes a self-developed alarm reporting system that provides 24-hour monitoring and reporting of alarms generated by a DEFINITY Systems. Under this service, alarms are routed directly to the contr actors Service Technician. The alarming system will report the switch location, local INADS information, the maintenance alarm and severity of the trouble. The contractor service technician will intervene remotely to clear the trouble. If the trouble canno t be cleared remotely, the service technician will be dispatched for on site intervention with replacement parts within (4) hours following major alarm and (8) hours for a minor. *Telephones will not be covered by this agreement.
