Description

NA This procurement is for the M6 Discharger, Smoke Grenade. NSN: 1040-01-383-4114. This solicitation is restricted to Industrial Machining and Design Services Inc., 860 Main St. SW, Warren OH, 44483 due to section 8(a) of the small business act (15 U.S.C. 6 37(a)). Offers from concerns other than Industrial Machining and Design Services Inc are not solicited. This is published for subcontracting purposes only. This proposed action will result in a four-year, firm fixed price, 8 (a) set aside, requirements type contract. The maximum estimated quantity for all four years for the M6 Discharger, Smoke Grenade is 5,600 ea. FOB is destination. There is no performance specification. This item will be made in accordance with technical data package (TDP) 13-12-4 00. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c) therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the followi ng address via the Internet: http://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/ receipt of propo sals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
