Description

The National Park Service intends to award a sole source contract to The PRD Group, Ltd. for Media Production services at the Corinth Interpretive Center, Corinth Unit, Shiloh National Military Park. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. The PRD Group successfully completed the exhibit design for this project, which involves research, historical information, and graphic imagery that will be integrated into the Media Production Services. Media Production Services consist of developing and furnishing all treatments, program scripts, talents, and production required for the following six (6) audio/visual venues proposed for the Corinth Interpretive Center: America in 1860 Interactive, Shiloh Theater, Audio Diary of Kate Cummings, Life in Occupied Corinth Audio Diary, The Battle of Corinth, The Beginnings of Freedom Audio Diary. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all inquiries received within fifteen (15) calendar days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
