Description

This solicitation 6FEP-E1-020261-S2 replaces solicitation 6FEP-E1-020261-S that was posted November 20, 2002. GSA, FSS intends to establish through Sealed Bid a firm fixed price, indefinite quantity, two-year requirements type contract with three one-year options for the period of April 1, 2003 through March 31, 2005. Requirements are for fifty-seven (57) different hand tools with National Stock Numbers in the 5120 Federal Supply Class. These NSNs are part of the GSAs Stock Program. These are jacks, snow shovels, mallets, crimping and removal and much miscellaneous Hand Tools. Estimated quantities and descriptions appear in the solicitation document. The contract will include an Economic Price Adjustment Clause. All offers are to be FOB destination, with delivery of 45 days or less and a minimum order of no more than $50.00. Items 4, 13, 14, 15, 24 and 25 are set aside for small business. Award will be based on responsiveness, responsibility and the lowest price to the government.
