Complete Audiovisual Production Hovenweep National Monument. THIS IS A RE-ANNOUNCEMENT OF A SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS OF 10/31/2002 AND OF A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ORIGINALLY POSTED TO THE NBC.GOV WEB SITE ON 12/16/2002. SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor shall produce and deliver an informative and evocative 15-minute, comprehensive orientation video for Hovenweep National Monument. The program will serve as a general introduction to the site for park visitors and interpret the resources and history of Hovenweep. A suggested approach might include using a combination of historic and contemporary photos or footage, aerial shots, animation and/or computer graphics such as recreations or 3-D-fly-throughs, and assorted other special effects. The program will be produced with two-channel audio, in standard 4X3-video format, delivered on Digital BetaCam following technical specifications as specified below. This project shall be produced in accordance with Professional Broadcasting standards for NTSC video. The program shall be produced in any film or video format that equals or exceeds BetaCam-SP image quality. One Final Program Edit Master - two channel Digital BetaCam edit master with narration in English, music and effects on the stereo left and right channels plus closed captions. Deliverables: One Digital BetaCam protection master of the edit master. One Digital BetaCam edit master with international track for subsequent mixing in foreign languages. One Beta-SP copy of the Final Program Edit Master. One Beta-SP copy of the Final Master with open captions. 6 DVDs recorded with both program Masters, one with closed captions and one with open captions. Period of Performance is 270 days after Notice of Award. A complete Scope of Work is in the Solicitation. A paper solicitation will not be issued. Vendors must register at the following web site, http://ideasec.nbc.gov to receive or download the Solicitation. Vendors must also register at the Central Contractor Registration web site, http://www.ccr.gov.
