- Description
- The General Services Administration intends to issue a contract to Adroit Systems, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 through solicitation number 6TSA-03-JMT-0080. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-14. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement is for Other Direct Costs on a Schedule buy for the Department of the Air Force, Pentagon, Washington, DC. The proposed contract action is to provide analytical, financial, information technology and security support to SAF/AQIT. Duties will include time critical preparation of documentation for government review and approval as well as provide specialized functions in the areas of Program Management, Contract Administration, Financial Management and Security Administration. This portion of the procurement is being issued off of the vendors schedule contract. The ODCs are for additional services to the procurement including travel and supplies. This solicitation covers the base year and the four one year option years of the project. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All information received by close of business, 1/2/2003 will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
