Description

Request for Proposal (RFP) Commercial Item Contract, NAICS Code 238220, Size Standard $12M. Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to perform Operation and Maintenance services at the F. C. Murphy Federal Records Center, 380 Trapelo Road, Waltham, MA. 02154. Services to be contracted include janitorial, landscaping, trash, fire protection, mechanical, and maintenance. Contract Base Period is from May 01, 2003 to April 30, 2004 with four (4) twelve month options. This solicitation is being procured using the Simplified Acqusition Procedures. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business. The solicitation will only be issued on CD. To obtain a CD copy of this solicitation you must fax your request to the attention of Dennis M. Fuentes at (617) 565-7147 or e-mail your request to dennis.fuentes@gsa.gov. All request must be accompanied by a completed Document Security Notice which must be validated prior to issuance of the CD. The Document Security Notice is posted separately under this solicitation number. No P. O. Box addresses can be used. Request for this solicitation CD will not be honored from any prospective bidder who does not comply with the Document Security Notice.The solicitation CD is expected to be issued on January 31, 2003.
