- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information contained in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-10. The NAICS code is 541519 with a small business size standard of $18.0 million. It is the intent of the National Library of Medicine (NLM), under the National Institutes of Health to negotiate on a sole-source basis with Fibergate, Inc. for the services that connects NLM via a dedicated dark fiber to the gigapop located at the University of Maryland at College Park. This requirement is for a base year and the option of four one-year option period(s.) RESPONSES SHALL BE SENT VIA EMAIL TO: NSANGOS@MAIL.NLM.NIH.GOV.
