Description
NA This is a Small Business Set-Aside, Firm-Fixed Price Commercial Service Requirement. Service requirement is for base year plut 4 option one year periods. A copy of the Request for Quote is available at the following website; www.poh.usace.army.mil/pohct/ contracting.asp. Quotes will only be accepted from Offerors who currently possess or previously possessed a Facility Security Clearance. The Contractor shall provide all necessary qualified personnel, equipment, vehicle, materials and services, except as specified in this contract as Government furnished, to manage, operate, and perform the work as defined in this performance work statement to provide Mailroom, messenger, and mail pickup and delivery services for all organizational elements and supported activities of the U.S. Army Engineer District, Honolulu and Pacific Ocean Division, located in building 230, Ft Shafter, HI. Performance shall be according to the standards contained in this document. The Contractor shall provide a Project Manager who wil l be responsible for the performance of the work. The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of this contract and will act as the central point of contact with the Government. The name of this person and alternate (s) who can act for the Contractor when the Project Manager is absent will be designated in writing to the Contracting Officer. The Project Manager or alternate will be on site during established working hours. The Contractor will provide a contingency p lan. The Project Manager or alternate shall meet as necessary with the Contracting Officer or Contracting Officer Representative (COR) to discuss immediate problem areas. All Contractor personnel must be able to read, write, type, speak and understand English. Contractor personnel must be citizens of the United States. The Contractor shall ensure that all personnel operating company vehicle possess a valid s tate driver?s license. The Contractor shall ensure that all contractor personnel designated to handle classified media possess a security clearance level not less than SECRET. Proof of SECRET level clearance shall be provided to the Government before Cont ractor performs the work. The Contractor shall also obtain a Facility Security Clearance not less than SECRET.
