- The U.S. Department of State, Office of Acquisitions, intends to award a purchase order for a commercial item on a sole source basis to American Academy of Family Physicians, for a conference in Seattle, Washington, on April 6, 2003 through April 12, 2003. This includes course registration for all participants. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. This is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b).
