- Description
- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Academy,International Training Division, and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA)Regulatory Training Division will provide instruction for the Safe Skies for Africa (SSFA) Initiatives. The initiatives include security traning for foriegn aviation official in for countries, and multiple languages. Contract support will augment government Instructors in the overseas locations. The FAA intends to solicit with only one source, Spranza International, Tamarac, FL 33320 in AMS policy 3.2.2.4. A market survey was conducted Dec 10 thru 18, 2002 and the results of the survey support our determination to solicit and negotiate with only one source.
