Description
The Air Armament Center (AAC), Eglin AFB, FL plans to award a Sole Source, Firm Fixed Price contract to Hammer and Company, 1 Cambridge Center, Cambridge, MA 021142, tel 617-354-5555,, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and 13. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is for Full and Open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541990, with a Small Business Size Standard of $6,000,000.00. If you feel your company meets the Government requirements, please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard . The reference number is F77XPR23510100, and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The 46th Test Wing is undergoing significant reengineering/reorganization efforts during the next year and has been directed to establish teams and acquire specific management training necessary to effectively monitor and manage the upcoming Test Range Reengineering efforts. This requirement is for Process Design and Implementation, Reengineering and Change Management Training. This management training is to better understand and implement the objectives of the Air Force Transformation Plans in the Test and Evaluation arena. There would be twenty attendees for the specific training. The timeframe would be 21 ? 24 January 2003.
