Service will include periods March 16, 2001 through September 31, 2003. The resultant award will be for a firm-fixed price. This is a sole source requirement for IBM Global Government Industry. The closing date for receipt of quotes shall be close of business (COB) on January 6, 2003 and the anticipated award date is January 7, 2003. This requirement is subject to the Service Contract Act. Numbered Note 22 applies. THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6 AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
