- NA The US Army Research Laboratory, Sensors and Electronics Devisees Directorate, Adelphi, MD 20783, plans to issue a request for proposal (RFP) for the purchase of 12 months of Software Support for Division Copies of Advanced Design System. The Government i ntends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Agilent Technologies, PO Box 4026 Englewood CO 80155-4026, under the authority of FAR 6.302. The solicitation will be posted to the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website at http://www.fedbizopps.g ov. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a proposal. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the government will consider all proposals received within fort y-five days after date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be con sidered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No telephone requests will be honored. See numbered notes 22
