Description

SYNOPSIS: Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to provide, accomplish any site work, and install a metal building with electrical and plumbing utilities at U.S. Coast Guard Station Sabine, TX. Estimated construction price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The performance period is sixty (60) calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. A payment bond is required. The anticipated award date is March 2003. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business participation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 233320, with a size standard of $28.5 million.
