THE PURPOSE OF THIS MODIFICATION IS TO POST ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS THAT HAVE BEEN ASKED BY VARIOUS VENDORS. PLEASE NOTE ITEM 6 REGARDING TEMPORARY PHONE NUMBER CHANGES. 1. Do you have the nameplate data or data from the nameplate? ANSWER. The available nameplate data is as follows: AUTOMATIC LOAD-TAP-CHANGING LIQUID FILLED TRANSFORMER: SL Number 467500A010, 3 Phase, 60 HZ, Class: OA/OA/FA/FA 55/65'0 Rise; HV: 34500, 200 KV BIL; LV:12470GrdY/7200, 110 KV BIL, IMPEDANCE (not stated) AT 34500-12470V and 7500 KVA; (NOTE: Impedance will be reestablished upon repair) KVA: 7500/8400/9375/10500, Month/Year of Manufacture April 1995 2. Do you have the shipping dimensions? Answer. See questions and answers previously posted under Modification 01 dated 31 December 2002. 3. Will the unit be dismantled and ready to load when we arrive on site? ANSWER. The unit will be unbolted from its pad and all wiring will be disconnected. Any other disassembly shall be performed by the contractor. 4. Will the unit be assembled by others once we have unloaded it? ANSWER. The unit is to be completely reassembled upon unloading by the contractor. Scott AFB personnel will reconnect all wiring and secure it to the base. 5. Do you have an approved crane company you would recommend to us? ANSWER. We do not have an approved company. 6. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING TEMPORARY PHONE NUMBER CHANGES FOR MR PASQUALUCCI AND MS SHOWERS. CONTACT MR. PASQUALUCCI AT 618-256-9303 AND MS. SHOWERS AT 618-256-9303. FAX AND EMAIL REMAIN THE SAME.
