Description

NA This posting constitutes the US Military Academy notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to THERMO ELEMENTAL, 27 Forge Parkway, Franklin, MA, 02038 for an upgrade to a Thermo Elemental atomic absorption spectrometer. The statutor y authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The applicable NAICS code is 334516 and the size standard is 500. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. Interested parties may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the designated representative. See Numbered note 22. Insert 2 days in lieu of 45 d ays in Note 22. Responses to this notice must be received within 2 calendar days of this notice via email to marybeth.egan@usma.edu. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, upon receipt of response to this notice, is soley with in the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
