Description
NA Defense Contracting Command Washington on behalf of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army, Manpower and Reserve Affairs (OASA(M&RA) is seeking contractors to provide Human Resource Support Services. The Army has a continuing need in the follow ing four areas: (1) Transition Services: including support to Well-Being programs, transition counseling, records and forms maintenance and processing, employment assistance, workshops, library and mail operations, help desk operations, administration, a nd IT support. (2) Studies and Analysis: includes support to and analysis of broad systems such as information technology, manpower, maintenance, programs, logistics, training, planning, budget, audit, and business. Also, consulting and support to boards . (3) Recruitment and Retention: includes support to program operation and assessment, personnel, processing, tracking and general administrative needs, information handling, counseling training and credentialing. (4) Administrative Support: includes sup port to HR processes, IT, document creation and analysis, facility organizational and data analysis and management, awards programs, training, meeting, record keeping, logistics and property management, marketing analysis, general administrative and consul ting. It is anticipated that from the resulting RFP four (4) IDIQ/ multiple award/loaded labor hour contracts, with ODCs, will be awarded. However, the government reserves the right to make single awards as necessary. This will be a full and open compet itive requirement with the performance duration of one base year plus four one year option periods. The RFP covering all four contracts should be available on or about 31 January 2003. Telephonic requests will not be honored.
