NA The proposed contract listed here is 100% small business set-aside. NAICS Code 331210 (formerly Standard Industrial Code is 3312), size standard is 1,000 employees. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a bid, which shall be considered by the Agency. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment required for the fabrication and delivery of twenty-seven steel stoplogs as detailed on the drawings located on the web site as described below. The stoplogs shall be delivere d to the Raystown Lake Dam project site in Hesston, PA on or before Friday, 07 March 2003. Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996, effective March 31, 1998, all contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be considered for award of a Federal Contract.
