- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Detachment, Washington, DC intends to award a Sole-Source Firm Fixed Price purchase order to Snap-on Tools (Industrial) of Kenosha, WI to replenish/replace required tools to maintain the F/A 18 aircraft. A Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been prepared. SEE NOTE 22. The Federal Supply Code (FSC) for this requirement is 5199. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 333991 A solicitation does not exist for this requirement.
