Description
PR No: LTC02347006438. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Sleeve, Surge Suppressor. End item application, C-130 Aircraft. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. There are three approved sources of supply: Transamerica Delaval Inc Cage 81833 (PN 230-10039 Rev C), Longwood Elastomers Inc Cage 1G8X8 (PN RC-230-10039), and Rubbercraft Inc Cage 6T589 (PN RC-230-10039). The NSN, and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: 1680-00-873-6301; Base Year AEQ, 60 each and Option Years AEQ, 240 each. Delivery: FOB Origin with Acceptance at Origin, 100 days ARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. An "export control" technical data package (TDP) does not exist for this NSN. Please do not submit request to DSCR-VABA. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Reference notes 1, 23 and 26. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home on the issue date cited in the RFP.
