Description

The synopsis is corrected as follows. Due to CDC security requirements Plans and Specifications for this project will not be available for downloading electronically. All bidders must request plans and specifications directly from the Contracting Officer. The document, Request for Construction Documents, must be completed and with the required information, faxed to the contracting office prior to any shipment of plans and specifications. All packages will be mailed through the U.S. Postal system. If expedited delivery is required, provide method of delivery (FedEx, UPS, etc..) and your bill to account number. CDC will not pay for any express deliveries. Plans and Specifications will be issued until supply has been exhausted. Plans will be made available to Cincinnati, Dayton, and Columbus plans rooms. As supplies of plans are limited, we ask that only contractors request plans and specifications. Send requests to the attention of Steven Baughman ?
