Description: NA The U.S. Army AMCOM intends to award a sole-source contract continuation to Thomas Group, Inc. of Irving, Texas for the acquisition of Process Value Management analyses of the existing aviation fleet training operations at Ft. Rucker, AL. Competition for this effort is not available as this process improvement methodology is proprietary to the Thomas Group, Inc. However, proposals from all responsible sources will be considered by the Government. The resultant contract modification will be firm-fixed-pri ce with performance from approximately 15 January 2003 through 14 April 2003.
