Description

The Marine Corps Systems Command intends to negotiate a sole source, small business set-aside contract with Radio Reconnaissance Technologies, Inc. (RRT) of Fredericksburg, Virginia. This acquisition is a 100% small business (veteran-owned) set-aside for commercial items and is in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Subpart 12.6. The qualifying North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334511 (750 employees). The contractor will provide fifteen (15) Tactical Collection Panels (TCP) for use in a tactical environment in support of Signals Intelligence (SIGINT)/Electronic Warfare (EW) missions. The TCP is a small, lightweight, handheld, integrated Audio and RF distribution system. The units will provide tactical units an audio and RF routing capability that does not require a computer interface. No RFP is available for competitive bidding; however, interested parties may submit a statement of capability for satisfying this requirement, to include descriptive literature, within 10 days of this announcement to the contact person listed above.
