Description

PR No: LTC02353006590 This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a C-130 Aircraft Filter Element. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. There is one approved source of supply: PTI Technologies, Cage 05228. The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN: 1650-00-541-0462; P/N: 37820, Base Year AEQ: 206 each, Option Year AEQ: 592 each. Delivery: FOB/Acceptance at Origin, 105 days ARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is 24 January 03 and anticipated award date is 31 March 03. In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), other than full and open competition applies. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
