Description

Bechtel Nevada is seeking to pre-qualify sources for Roofing repairs/replacements for wind damaged buildings located at the Nevada Test Site. The Nevada Test Site is located approximately 65 miles northwest of Las Vegas, Nevada, adjacent to U.S. Highway 95. Work will include inspection/evaluation of five (5) existing roof system conditions and submittal of recommendations, manufacturing technical data for repairs or replacement for each of the buildings and the subsequent labor and materials for the completion of approved roof work. Approximate building sizes are: (1) 50' x 100' (2) 61' x 66' (3) Ell Shaped 101' x 40';65' x 76' (4) 80' x 100' (5) 233' x 143' Successful proposer must possess comparable industrial roofing experience, provide satisfactory safety performance data and develop site specific work packages. Additionally, proposers must be bondable, pay in accordance with Davis Bacon, provide certified payroll documentation and would be required to be signatory to existing applicable collective bargaining agreement(s) at the Nevada Test Site.
