Description

Construction of individual water systems, water service lines, individual waste disposal systems, and sewer service lines to serve scattered homes on the Cheyenne River Indian Reservation, Dewey and Ziebach Counties, South Dakota. Duration of the contract will be from date of award to December 31, 2003 with one (1) option year (January 1, 2004 through December 31, 2004). Invitation for Bid (IFB) No. 241-03-BI-3506 will be available approximately fifteen (15) days after publication. There will be a non-refundable charge of twenty-five ($25.00) dollars for the solicitation documents. Project Magnitude is $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. This solicitation is set-aside for certified american Indian owned businesses. The Indian preference clause in employment and subcontracting is made a part of this solicitation and resultant contract.
