- Description
- The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotes to provide Physical Therapist for Chicago Healthcare System - Lakeside Div. This is a firm fixed price unrestricted contract and is 100% set-aside for small businesses. Period of performance is from Date of Award (anticipated start date is 2/1/03) through August 31, 2003. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about November 8, 2002. This solicitation is issued under the authority of Public Law 104-262 and 38 USC 8153. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the following URL: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov./ Offerors should contact Michelle.ranes@mail.va.gov or (540) 842-4699 regarding any problems downloading the solicitation from the website. The Contracting Officer for this solicitation may be contacted kimberly.cowan-tucker@med.va.gov. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be in writing to the GLAC Contact Point and accompanied by a check for $5.00 made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs.
