Description

NA The Capital District Contracting Center intends to issue a solicitation for a contractor to provide all equipment (new), labor, key operator training, and materials (except paper) necessary for digital copier capability on a cost-per-copy basis at approxim ately 68 locations at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. The Government shall make every effort to ensure the placement of digital copiers by volume band classification are directly related to the average monthly volume of copies actually produced. The Government i ntends to award a Firm Fixed Price requirements contract by 31 March 2003. The base period of performance will be 1 April 2003, through 31 March 2004, with four (4) one year option periods, if exercised by the Government. This requirement is 100 percent set aside for small businesses. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. This solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available on the internet only at the following website: http://mdwsps2.belvoir.army.mil/solicitations/DABJ0303T0025/index.htm. No hard copies will be available. Contractors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation an d for monitoring the internet site for possible amendments or additional information. No solicitation mailing list will be compiled or published via solicitation amendment. The NAICS code is 532420 with a size standard of $21M. The solicitation is expec ted to be released on or about 21 January 2003. Reference Note No. 1.
