Description

Request for Proposal Number AE90-SOL-202000 for the operation of the Hubert H. Humphrey Job Corps Center located at 1480 North Snelling Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, 55108, will be made available on FedBizOps at http://www.fbo.gov and the Job Corps acquisition web page at http://www.wdsc.doleta.gov/jobcorps on January 22, 2003. The total contract capacity is 290 students (120 residential males, 130 residential females, 10 non-residential males, and 30 non-residential females). This procurement will be full and open with the resultant contract to be a cost reimbursement plus incentive fee for a two base year period from October 1, 2003 to September 30, 2005, plus three Government unilateral renewal option periods of one year each. A Pre-Proposal Conference will convene at the center on February 11, 2003 at 9:30 a.m. local time, starting with a walk through of the facility, followed immediately by the conference. It is recommended that interested parties download the RFP prior to attending the Pre-Proposal Conference. All questions prior to the pre-proposal conference should be submitted by email to the Contracting Officer at epriestley@doleta.gov. Proposals in response to this RFP will be due no later than March 24, 2003, at the following address: U.S. Department of Labor, ETA, Office of the Job Corps, 1111 Third Avenue, Suite 800, Seattle, Washington 98101. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
