- *NOTE: Prior to issuance, the solicitation number has been changed from F03602-03-R-0002 to read F03602-03-T-0002. However, the solicitation number referenced in FedBizOpps.com cannot be changed. Principle features of work. Provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform military family housing maintenance services. Such services include but are not limited to maintenance management, service calls, change of occupancy maintenance, minor grounds maintenance, and reoccurring equipment maintenance at Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas. Other services include the major painting, major floor repair, replacement of vinyl linoleum floors, replacement of parquet flooring, interior door replacement, sewer line repair, repair of termite damage, tree and stump removal, bathroom remodeling, repair and replacement of roof shingles, repair and replacement of carpeting, and cleaning of housing quarters. This procurement is replacing the current contract that expires on 31 Jan 03. The performance period for this new procurement is 1 Feb 03 through 7 May 03, and the solicitation will include FAR clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. On or about 7 May 03 military family housing maintenance service is scheduled to be privatized. All responsible sources may request a copy of the solicitation and submit a proposal, which will be considered. This office plans to issue a solicitation F03602-03-R-0002 on or about 2 Jan 03.
