Description

Janitorial and related services at the Alexander Hamilton Custom House, 1 Bowling Green, New York, NY. This will be a performance based, competitive SBA 8(A) procurement limited to eligible 8(A) firms only. NACIS code is 561720. Bid Bond and Performance Bond are not required. The anticipated performance period is March 1, 2003 through February 29, 2004 with four (4) one-year option periods. GSA is issuing this solicitation electronically only. Solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps (http://www.fedbizopps.gov/) on or about November 15, 2002. This site gives instructions for downloading solicitation file.
