This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this acquisition. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ F04666-02-Q-0010. The Statement of Work needs to evaluate and all requirements must be met as they appear in this notice. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.
