Description: Books, Library, Leased. Provide a core collection of 1600 books with 30% retention and two for one cutoff level of $27. Monthly allowance shall be 80 books. Selections available shall include the top 10 bestsellers as identified in a nationally recognized source such as the New York Times. Plan shall include selections for young adult and adult patrons to include, but not limited to: fiction, nonfiction, sports, and special selections. Book shipping shall be at no additional cost for all deliveries and all returns of leased book collection. McNaughton plan BS-8 or equal.
