- NSN: 4820-00-476-0402 Valve, Start Nozzle. PR: YPC02326000633. Approved sources are: Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation DBA (55820) P/N 103904-1 and Tactair Fluid Controls Inc. (70236) P/N 2659-102. Qty 31 ea to be delivered to NDZ 220 days after date of award. Qty 97 ea to be delivered to AQ5 220 days after date of award. Qty 51 ea to be delivered to SNC 220 days after date of award. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Notes 12 and 26. The solicitation will be available in FebBizOpps on its issue date of 01/27/03. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: 55820 and 70236. It is anticipated that award will be made via a delivery order to an existing basic ordering agreement. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
