Description

The Defense Distribution Center Hill, UT located at Hill Air Force Base has a requirement preventative and remedial maintenance on 2 each Fantuzzi Reach Pickers (Container Handlers). EJONS 0X0340, Serial # 500665 and 0X0341 DRT. #500666. Model #CS 45KL load capacity 98,000 lbs. 1st row, 68,000 lbs. 2nd row, 33,000 lbs 3rd row. Maintenance schedule will be as follows: MONTHLY ? Grease all fittings on machines, check and fill all fluids, check structure for cracks/failure, complete watch dog check list. QUARTERLY ? Check and fill all fluids, check computer for errors, complete oil sampling, complete watch dog list. SEMI-ANNUAL ? Complete engine oil change, replace oil, air, and fuel filters, complete above tasks, complete watch dog check list. ANNUAL ? Complete service, change hydraulic, engine, transmission oil, and all filters, check/change coolant and filters. Diagnostic test the computer. Perform an oil sampling. The period of performance will be 01 APR 2003 through 31 MAR 2004 with four (4) option years.
