Description: Services for Fremont/Winema National Forests for a wellness testing program (blood profile) and a support service for critical incident debriefing. The program will provide support in mental, emotional, marital, financial, legal, alcohol, and drug related programs. In addition the EAP program must provide problem assessment and referral to appropriate resources for treatment as needed.
