Description

Contractor shall furnish all layout, survey, plant, labor, supervision, quality control, materials, equipment, machines, tools, appliances, services, supplies, and incidentals to perform all operations in connection with project JCGU 03-1002, Base Roofing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), for Goodfellow AFB, Texas. Roofing, when used, refers to Liquid Applied Seamless Electrometric Waterproof Roofing System for Metal Roofing, Fiberglass Asphalt Shingles, Built-up Bituminous Roofing, Prepared Roll Roofing, Coated Foamed Roofing, and Mansard Roof System as required. Magnitude is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. NAICS Code is 238160, size standard $12 million. Performance period is 1 Basic Year with 2 Option Years. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. This project is open to both Large and Small business and IAW the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
