Description: Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan intends to award a Contract for Tire Recapping Services. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary to perform all tire recapping procedures for Kadena Air Base. This solicitation is unrestricted, but awards can only be made to firms licensed and authorized to perform in the country of Japan (DFARS 252.225-7042, Authorization to Perform.) Prospective Offerors are invited to download information concerning this project.
